“After more than 10 years in the plumbing industry, I have always been interested in the specialist skill of leak detection. Using your plumbing knowledge, combined with some remarkable new technology, there is a real art to becoming the best at what you do.

I enjoy the challenge of finding a difficult leak when others can’t, and that passion for doing a job correctly to the nth degree, has been instilled in my whole team. We are always developing, and constantly looking at ways to improve our service with new equipment and processes.

National Leak Detection has been built on our ability to direct that need for an extremely high standard of service, with an efficient and cost-effective option for people when they need it most.

 

Often, we receive calls from clients who are in a state of despair. They have come home to a flood or damage in their home or have received an extremely high water bill. Issues like these can cause a lot stress and unnecessary pressure.

 

Therefore, a strong belief of mine is that our company treats our clients like they are family. Our bookings office act with compassion and our technicians are always keeping our clients in the know.
